Turn on / off timer (no 3), always clockwise, to the desired cooking time and adjust the
thermostat (no. 2) to the desired temperature.
Push the safetyhandle (no. 1) down to operate the device. The two controllights (no. 7 and 8)
will turn on. When the desired temperature is reached, the controlellight (no. 8) will turn off,
while the fan keeps running. When the cooking time is reached, the controllight (no 7) will turn
off, and there sounds a beep to indicate that your dishes are ready. The cooking time and
temperature may be changed during or after cooking bij setting buttons (no. 2 or 3).
To place food for an optimum preparation
When you put several pieces of food on the grid, make sure you leave at least 1.5 cm. space
between the pieces of food and side of the glass bowl.
This space allows the air to move freely through the furnace. Avoid stacking food together in
order to prepare more. The hot air must circulate freely to prepare the food proper.
If the court requires to prepare the oven should be preheated, you have to preheat the oven for
6 minutes at 250 ° C
To keep the food crispy
If the food is ready, turn the thermostat low and keep the fan on. This keeps the food hot and
crispy.
After use
Remove the plug from the outlet and remove the lid with the safetyhandle (no. 1). Always use
a glove to remove the racks with the food. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
Cleaning
Before cleaning unplug the unit and leave it to cool completely. You should clean the device
after each use. The oven has a special self cleaning setting on the temperature control (no. 2),
which should be used to wash the glass bowl. Remove any food and drain away fat from the
base. Add approximately 15 cm. of cold water into the bowl with a squirt of washing up liquid
and turn the temperature switch to “Wash”.The combination of the heat, swirling motion of the
water and the detergent will clean the glass bowl very quickly and efficiently. The racks can be
left in the bowl at the same time to soften any stuck of deposits. You may need to use a
washing up brush for any stubborn debris before rinsing and wiping clean. All parts, except the
lid (no. 2) and the plastic base (no. 6), are dishwasher safe. To protect the metal and plastic
surfaces, do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
